      Description<\/h3>\n

      As a Trek Service Technician\/Advisor, you will care for bikes so their owners love riding them. You\u2019ll troubleshoot repairs, service all kinds of bikes on the spot, and install accessories for new bikes. You\u2019ll also be the first to handle new models before they hit the sales floor and build relationships with customers who trust you to keep their gear running flawlessly. This role closely supports the Service Manager and acts as the face of the department when the manager is unavailable. The job values fantastic hospitality skills above prior shop experience and requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.<\/p>\n
