Eligibility for Refunds<\/h2>\n\n  <h3>2.1 Before Service Delivery<\/h3>\n  <p>A <strong>full refund<\/strong> is possible if the service has not yet been delivered. For example, if a job posting has not yet been published on the Platform, you may request a refund.<\/p>\n\n  <h3>2.2 After Service Delivery<\/h3>\n  <p>Once a digital service has been delivered\u2014such as a job posting going live on the Platform\u2014<strong>no refund<\/strong> will be issued, except where required by applicable consumer law.<\/p>\n\n  <div class=\"cj-legal-info\" style=\"padding:12px 16px;background:#f8f8f8;border-radius:8px;margin:20px 0;\">\n    Digital services are considered delivered once the job posting or advertising service is published or activated on Cycle-Jobs.com.\n  <\/div>\n\n  <!-- =======================\n       3. Refund Request Process<\/h2>\n  <p>To request a refund, please follow these steps:<\/p>\n  <ol>\n    <li>Send an email to <a href=\"mailto:contact@cycle-jobs.com\">contact@cycle-jobs.com<\/a>.<\/li>\n    <li>Use the subject line: <strong>\u201cRefund Request \u2013 [Order Number]\u201d<\/strong>.<\/li>\n    <li>Include your order number, date of purchase, and proof of payment.<\/li>\n    <li>Describe briefly the reason for your request.<\/li>\n  <\/ol>\n\n  <p>Refund requests must be submitted within <strong>seven (7) days<\/strong> of purchase.
