About Cycle-Jobs
Cycle-Jobs.com is a community-driven, non-commercial platform created to make career opportunities in the cycling and outdoor industry more visible, transparent, and accessible.
Whether you’re a mechanic, a marketing manager, or an engineer, Cycle-Jobs helps you connect with the right opportunities — across brands, countries, and disciplines.
Over the past decade, I’ve been researching and analyzing the global cycling industry — from brand evolution and hiring trends to workplace transparency — to make this knowledge freely available to everyone through Cycle-Jobs.
The Problems We’re Solving in the Cycling Industry
The cycling and outdoor industry is full of passion — but far from transparent. High-quality bike industry jobs are scattered, inconsistent, and harder to access than they should be. Cycle-Jobs was created to fix these structural issues for both talent and companies.
- 📉 74% of cycling job offers do not include salary information, limiting fairness and informed decisions.
- 🔍 61% of brands lack a structured career page, making it difficult for candidates to navigate opportunities.
- ⏳ 42% of job posts on LinkedIn are expired after 30 days, despite still appearing as “active”.
On top of this, job offers are spread across dozens of fragmented websites with no central source of truth. Salary ranges are inconsistent, expectations unclear, and application processes vary widely between brands.
Cycle-Jobs brings clarity, structure, and transparency to an industry that desperately needs it — empowering professionals and employers to make better decisions inside a truly global cycling jobs platform.
