1. Scope of This Policy
This Refund Policy applies to paid digital services purchased on Cycle-Jobs.com, including but not limited to:
- Job posting publications,
- Featured or highlighted listings,
- Advertising or visibility packages.
It does not apply to services purchased from third-party websites, even if they are linked or mentioned on Cycle-Jobs.com.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
2.1 Before Service Delivery
A full refund is possible if the service has not yet been delivered. For example, if a job posting has not yet been published on the Platform, you may request a refund.
2.2 After Service Delivery
Once a digital service has been delivered—such as a job posting going live on the Platform—no refund will be issued, except where required by applicable consumer law.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to contact@cycle-jobs.com.
- Use the subject line: “Refund Request – [Order Number]”.
- Include your order number, date of purchase, and proof of payment.
- Describe briefly the reason for your request.
Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of purchase. Requests received after this period may be declined.
4. Method of Refund
If your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase (via Stripe), whenever technically possible.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Exceptions & Limitations
5.1 Third-Party Technical Issues
Technical issues caused by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe downtime, hosting outages, external integrations) are outside our control and are not refundable.
5.2 Customized or Promotional Packages
Customized offers, discounted bundles, or promotional packages are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase.
5.3 Misuse of the Platform
No refund will be granted if an account or listing is suspended due to a violation of our Terms & Legal Notice, including abusive, fraudulent, or misleading job postings.
6. Legal Rights
This Refund Policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
- Canadian consumers: Your statutory rights under the BC Consumer Protection Act remain applicable.
